We now have a foundation. There are ditches on each side right now, so this picture was actually taken from the lot next door. A nice shot of the farm next door!

All Systems Go

We put down the second earnest money payment today, so they'll apply for the permit soon - probably tomorrow. We'll get a call once they're ready to start, so we can start the stalking of the build site.

Wanna buy a house?

Signed all the papers for the realtor today, so the house should be on the market very soon. Rented a storage unit too. Gotta start boxing up the stuff we don't need around. yikes.
